About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and market saturation in our largest and fastest growing mid & small market accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a fast moving territory coverage plan to consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
  • Utilizing your technical sales background to strategically engage at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.
  • Creating and articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Accelerating customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and working with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Team

Our Commercial team is a group of Field Sellers, made up of 150+ Account Managers and 350+ cross functional team members in the United States, who work toward the collective goal of solving challenges and innovating new ways to enable our customers to achieve their desired outcomes for their customers.
