Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in building a successful go-to-market strategy for our client. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our client in an outbound acquisition sales role, selling fiberoptic internet services to consumers across a 20-state footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our client in an outbound acquisition sales role, selling fiberoptic internet services to consumers across a 20-state footprint.
  • Contact customers and establish needs to offer a better solution.
  • Compare and contrast the consumers' current internet speed and technology with our client's offers and promotions.
  • Salespeople able to overcome objections and paint a picture for their customer.

Requirements

  • 6 months of call center experience preferred.
  • 1 year of acquisition sales required, 3 years or more preferred, B2C experience a plus.
  • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
  • Internet navigation and applications skills.
  • Ability to think on the fly and transition to overcome customer objections.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.

Compensation

$18/Hour + Commission
