POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the firm's President, managing both professional and personal tasks as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver direct administrative support to the firm's President, which includes but is not limited to: managing the daily calendar, scheduling client and staff meetings, organizing project days, and ensuring the President remains on schedule; handling phone communications for the President; addressing client inquiries on behalf of the President, including resolving issues, modifying documents, and summarizing communications; preparing and submitting all assigned projects in a timely manner, including transcription of audio materials, drafting proposals, agreements, marketing materials, and correspondence as needed; conducting internet research as requested; reviewing and distributing mail for the President’s attention and responding to inquiries as necessary; curating articles and advertisements related to Estate Planning, Probate, and Wills for the President; tracking and organizing travel-related statements; arranging travel logistics as required, including daily meal provisions; and maintaining organized filing systems.
Uphold confidentiality and work autonomously;
Manage files and client communications;
Serve as travel coordinator for relevant staff;
Undertake additional projects as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficient in Telephone and Meeting Etiquette, Oral and Written Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Professionalism, Organizational Skills, Planning, Proofreading, Time Management, and Computer Literacy; typing speed of 60 WPM is preferred.

EDUCATION/TRAINING: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment is recommended.
