POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the firm's President, managing all facets of the executive's office as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver high-level administrative support (both personal and professional) to the firm's President, which includes, but is not limited to: coordinating daily schedules, arranging all staff and client meetings, planning project days, and ensuring the President remains on track; managing phone communications for the President; addressing all client inquiries on behalf of the President, including needs assessment, problem-solving, document modifications, and summarizing communications for the President; ensuring timely completion and submission of all assigned tasks, including transcription of audio recordings, drafting proposals, agreements, marketing materials, and correspondence as needed; conducting internet research as requested; reviewing and distributing mail for the President's attention and responding to inquiries as necessary; curating articles and advertisements related to Estate Planning, Probate, and Wills for the President; organizing and tracking travel-related documents for the President; arranging travel logistics as needed, including daily meal provisions; maintaining organized filing systems.
Uphold confidentiality and work autonomously;
Manage files and client communications;
Serve as travel coordinator for relevant staff;
Undertake additional projects as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficient in Telephone and Meeting Etiquette, Oral and Written Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Professionalism, Organizational Skills, Planning, Proofreading, Time Management, and Computer Literacy, with a typing speed of 60 WPM.

EDUCATION/TRAINING: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
