The Healthcare IT Solutions Consultant is a pivotal role centered on market-driven sales and business expansion. This position may encompass a single significant market or several smaller markets within the designated region. The core responsibilities include enhancing All Covered's Healthcare sales by effectively presenting and securing:

· Recurring professional, managed, and cloud service solutions that are integral to the Healthcare services portfolio of All Covered Care (ACC) for Healthcare clientele.

· Strategic and intricate IT project and procurement opportunities for both prospective and existing Healthcare clients.

Sales activities are consultative in nature, fostering collaboration with internal teams. The Healthcare IT Solutions Consultant will leverage resources from operations, delivery, client management, and executive teams throughout various stages of opportunity development.

This role may involve close collaboration with local sales teams to cross-promote Healthcare-specific and general services, ensuring mutual benefits for all divisions.

Furthermore, the consultant will cultivate their territories through various channels, including social media, business development initiatives, and networking opportunities such as trade shows, client events, and industry association gatherings, while also seeking referrals from current All Covered clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a comprehensive understanding of All Covered services, programs, and sales strategies to address complex and strategic ACC, project, and procurement opportunities.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of Healthcare market technology trends and challenges to effectively engage with the Healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Strategic Account Managers, and other resources to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Partner with assigned Konica Minolta branch offices to promote IT Services to their client base.
  • Provide detailed insights into the financial performance and forecasts related to strategic and complex ACC, project, and procurement services.
  • With assistance from marketing and channel strategy teams, present tailored programs to prospects and All Covered Care clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of how All Covered's Healthcare Practice solutions and services deliver value to customers.
  • Stay informed about technology services and trends relevant to the industry.
  • Drive Managed IT Services within the assigned area to increase market share through recurring monthly services and project offerings.
  • Maintain consistent communication and interaction with team members and clients.
  • Work closely with Managers, Solutions Architects, and Client Account Managers to devise and present suitable solutions to prospects.
