Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at First National Bank. This role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of facilities management, including occupancy, maintenance, construction, and renovation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and monitor daily tasks for technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Control expenses and approve payments for goods and services within authority, making recommendations to higher management as needed.
  • Arrange for technical inspections and tours, including professional groups and regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain electrical infrastructures and provide electrical services, adhering to established codes and safety regulations.
  • Support furniture and equipment rearrangement, moving equipment safely and efficiently without damage.
  • Perform general clean-up and janitorial duties, ensuring the grounds and parking lots are clean and well-maintained.
  • Maintain plumbing infrastructures and provide plumbing services, including installing hot water tanks and repairing Sloan valves.
  • Provide carpentry services, installing computer keypad trays, hanging pictures and banners, and adjusting door closures.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School or GED
  • 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • General operational and technical knowledge in construction, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
Physical Requirements
  • Heavy lifting over 45 lbs
  • Constant/Frequent Standing
  • Frequent kneeling/crawling/stooping
  • Frequent climbing (stairs, ladders)
  • Frequent driving (car, van, truck)
