The Custodial Supervisor is a key member of the ABM Industries team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities services team. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and participate in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
  • Provide guidance and training to cleaning crew members on safety procedures, cleaning processes, and chemical usage.
  • Counsel crew members on performance issues and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist the Supervisor and Shift Manager in directing and supervising field employees.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Up to 2 years of custodial experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Reside in the local area of Lancaster, PA.
