Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:
Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our national sales expansion with Ascendis Pharma. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and meets or exceeds sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Ascendis Pharma's business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of life sciences sales and commercial experience.
- Minimum 3 years of direct people leadership experience in rare disease/specialty biopharma.
- Broad commercial breadth of work experience, including sales, marketing, training, and market access.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and/or experience in a start-up environment.
- Experience with product launch and selling into the endocrinology market, rare disease, and/or specialty sales.
What We Offer:
- Competitive annual base salary range: $225,000 - $230,000.
