Regional Sales Director

Sales Leadership Role
The Regional Sales Director will lead the sales organization in the SE Asia & Australasia Region, providing guidance and coaching to achieve sales-related KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mining and construction industries, as well as with GET.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the field sales organization and sales volume for the region, ensuring budgeted sales volumes are met.
- Submit recommendations to corporate management on sales organization, product lines, distribution channels, pricing, and sales objectives.
- Establish and execute sales programs and objectives for each territory within the region.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers with sales distribution issues and product managers with customer coordination and new product development.
- Inform top management of significant sales developments and make recommendations for new products or improvements.
- Develop effective communication between Regional Sales Managers and provide coaching and training on sales and services.
- Travel with Regional Sales Managers to call on customers and plan sales meetings to educate and motivate the sales organization.
- Establish and approve travel expenses for Regional Sales Managers and coordinate sales conventions and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or trade qualification with postgraduate elements.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in industry sales and 5 years' management experience.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, with strong user proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Excellent presentation development and delivery skills.
