Southwest Regional Director

Yale Advisors, a leading sales and financing brokerage, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Southwest region.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new leads through targeted outreach and relationship-building
- Leveraging our CRM to manage and grow our existing client base
- Collaborating with our national sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Developing a deep understanding of commercial real estate transactions and market trends
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, buyers, and real estate professionals
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
- Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
