Job Summary

AireSpring is seeking a highly experienced Regional Director of Channel Sales to lead our team of Channel Managers and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Channel Managers to achieve revenue targets, partner acquisition, training, and development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the Telecom industry.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with consultative sales methodologies and managing stakeholders.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft executive-ready documents and presentations.
