Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and internet with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Promptly and accurately enter customer inquiry data into our CRM system.
- Generate sales appointments and conduct phone and email campaigns to drive sales.
- Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools to manage inquiry flow and update customer files.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong MS Office Suite computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a call center environment.
