About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at PRISMINC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Network and Prospect: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to manage client deliveries, negotiate optimal business terms.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of IT staffing sales experience, specializing in new business development.
  • Skills: Proven prospecting and in-person presentation experience, ability to build genuine connections and lasting relationships.
  • Personal Qualities: High-energy, winning attitude, excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
