EquipmentShare is on the lookout for a Regional Safety Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our safety initiatives across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform safety assessments at designated EquipmentShare sites.
  • Collaborate with General and Service Managers to address issues identified in safety assessments.
  • Deliver training on essential topics such as First Aid, CPR, and AED.
  • Analyze data from assigned locations to detect and address concerning trends through proactive measures.
  • Conduct investigations into accidents as required by the EquipmentShare safety team.
  • Assist locations in adhering to DOT compliance requirements.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in a safety-related role.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time, including potential travel outside the assigned region.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic workplace.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance to an airport offering domestic flights.
