Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Oversee the management of information systems, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and handle documentation
  • Facilitate the distribution of supplies to align with production timelines
  • Verify incoming shipments and ensure the accuracy of orders
  • Adhere to organizational policies and regulatory standards
  • Evaluate data to troubleshoot issues and make informed decisions
  • Operate and inspect forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Act as the Safety Manager and deliver training sessions on safety protocols
  • Prior experience in Logistics and Safety sectors is advantageous
Professional Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • 2-5 years of substantial experience in Logistics and Shipping
  • 1-3 years in a Safety Management role or higher
  • OSHA Forklift Certification, 30 hours preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP Software
  • Experience with aerospace materials is highly preferred
  • Adept in process and systems evaluation
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Work at elevated heights using fall protection gear
  • Lift weights up to 45 lbs
  • Exposure to various environmental and physical hazards
  • Consistent exposure to loud noise and varying atmospheric conditions
