About the Role

As a New Business Account Executive at Mimecast, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of new business opportunities and converting them into new customers. You will work closely with the Business Development, Partner Development, and Marketing teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of generating and winning new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, preferably Salesforce
