About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the Nordics region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with small and mid-sized businesses, and driving sales growth through the use of HubSpot software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordics region
  • Build and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized businesses
  • Drive sales growth through the use of HubSpot software
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy
  • Help shape the future of HubSpot's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Fluency in English (Nordic language or market exposure preferred but not essential)
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club)
