About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive, Small Business to join our Sales Team at HubSpot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as expanding our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Run online, and occasionally in person, product demonstrations.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level.
  • Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
Requirements
  • 2 years+ of full closing experience in the Small Business space with a focus in the SaaS technology industry, preferably with experience in the South-East Asia or North Asia Region.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Have presented and pitched to C-level executives on a business change.
  • Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting.
  • Goal-orientated with track record of overachieving on monthly & annual targets.
  • Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method (e.g., Sandler).
