Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets and activity goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Participate in promotional and networking events to enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with the support team on pre-sales activities, including the preparation of presentations and proposals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in media or radio advertising sales.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Highly motivated, assertive, and creative with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with online and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in advertising or media.
- Knowledge of industry tools such as Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan, and Wide Orbit.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to work in an office environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Compensation:
Compensation will be determined based on various factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, and performance. We offer a competitive compensation package along with a commission plan designed to reward top sales performers.
