Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the company's operational efficiency by ensuring meticulous financial management and oversight of electrical projects.
  • Prepare essential documentation including permits, project timelines, purchase order buyouts, project strategies, submittals, shop drawings, budgets, and value schedules for project initiation.
  • Oversee daily project activities to maintain budget compliance, manage change orders, and facilitate billing processes.
  • Ensure project organization and tracking, including subcontractor performance, material management, and coordination of submissions from other trades.
  • Lead project closeout processes, including the preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, warranty documents, and the collection of spare parts.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls or coordination.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the electrical industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly the MS Office suite and Accubid.
  • A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
