Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Boost the company's operational efficiency by ensuring financial organization and oversight of electrical projects.
  • Prepare necessary documentation including permits, project timelines, purchase order buyouts, project strategies, submittals, shop drawings, budgets, and schedules for project initiation.
  • Manage daily project activities to adhere to budget constraints, handle change orders, and facilitate billing processes.
  • Oversee project organization and tracking, including subcontractor performance, material management, and coordination of submissions from other trades.
  • Conduct project closeout activities, including the preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, warranty documentation, and collection of spare parts.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls or coordination.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient understanding of the electrical sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in the MS Office suite and Accubid.
  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
