Job Summary

Quanta Services is seeking a skilled Electrical Lineworker to join our team. As a key member of our high-voltage transmission team, you will be responsible for installing, altering, and repairing electrical systems and associated materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain high-voltage transmission lines and substations
  • Perform duties necessary to complete assigned tasks under the direct supervision of a Project Supervisor
  • Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are properly stored and maintained
  • Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
  • Travel to job sites throughout the Midwest, 100% of the time
Requirements
  • Lineman course graduate or equivalent
  • High School graduate or G.E.D. required
  • Current active driver's license
  • Class A CDL required
  • Ability to work at heights up to 120 feet
  • Ability to safely use all power tools and equipment
  • Ability to read labels, job site maps, and instruction manuals
