Job Title: Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Representative to join our team at LPC Personnel, Inc. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer sales calls with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Make outbound calls to leads generated from various sources, including our website, inventory, and CRM.
  • Set appointments and generate sales by assisting customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Assist customers in completing their finance applications and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Utilize social media and CRM to follow up with customers, network, and maintain relationships.
Requirements:
  • Professional sales and/or administrative background.
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles and automotive dealerships is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Prior sales experience in any industry is a plus.
  • Basic typing and computer skills.
  • Good phone skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented and focused on delivering high levels of customer service.
