We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Sales Assistant to provide high-level sales and administrative support to our executive team. This role is critical in ensuring our leaders can operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for customer meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Liaise between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize team workshops and executive meetings
  • Assist in strategic sales planning and project management tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
