Job OverviewAs a Sales Process Specialist at Insperity, you will play a critical role in supporting our MidMarket Sales teams in maximizing sales opportunities. You will work closely with Sales personnel and management to process sales opportunities efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with Sales personnel and management to provide support and resources for bid processing, report generation, and quote pricing.
  • Act as a resource for Market Sales and point of contact for prospects during data collection.
  • Coordinate responses to prospect inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Analyze and review workers compensation and health care risk for new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Manage lost prospect surveys and data compilation.
  • Audit census received from Sales personnel and document changes made.
  • Process enrollment fee checks and generate sales numbers for reports.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Five years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and proficiency in using Word and Excel.
  • Ability to plan and organize workflow under narrow time limitations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
