We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a HEDIS Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical record review and abstraction, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HEDIS reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing assigned medical records to verify clinical data elements, identifying findings supported by documentation guidelines, and maintaining HIPAA standards and confidentiality of protected health information.
**Responsibilities:**

* Work on-site in San Antonio, TX
**Requirements:**
* Licensed Practical Nurse in Texas
* Minimum 2-year HEDIS experience and/or knowledge
* Solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality
* Strong medical record review and abstraction skills
