**Position Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our sales team with various administrative tasks, including invoicing, finance preparation and paperwork, quote preparation, and organization. This role requires excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel and Adobe, and outstanding communication abilities. Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable, as we serve customers from diverse backgrounds.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist sales team with final paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process registration paperwork for trailers.
- Generate and manage invoices for completed sales transactions.
- Support finance team in preparing and organizing necessary information for financing.
- Prepare quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Utilize Excel and Adobe software to create and manage documents effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Perform other duties and tasks as needed to support dealership operations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in administrative support or sales assistance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or other languages) preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in the automotive or trailer industry is a plus.

After a rocky start in Houston during the 2008-2009 recession, Nationwide Trailers has successfully opened 11 more locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, and Arkansas, with additional locations to be opened in the near future. Our focus has always been on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We take the time to understand how the trailer will be used, the nature of the cargo, and any other specific requirements that may determine what trailer or optional equipment will be needed for the specific application.
