About the Role

RSM US LLP is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the sale of our professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow our market share.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with our pre-sales team to develop and deliver sales enablement materials and training programs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
