Position Overview:

This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must reside in proximity to the client base to facilitate in-person meetings and effectively assess their business requirements.

  • Competitive first-year OTE ranging from $90K to $102K, inclusive of a base salary and unlimited commission potential.
  • A $10K sign-on and retention bonus, distributed quarterly during the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Conducting consultative sales meetings to identify challenges and offer tailored solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales objectives.
  • Demonstrating the drive and determination to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Prospecting for new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to track performance against established KPIs and targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales.
  • A proven track record in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Proficiency with technology and software solutions.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free from multiple infractions in the past year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in outside sales.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business.
  • Experience in upselling software solutions.
  • A competitive spirit and a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
