- Networking: Forge and sustain relationships within the industry to broaden your customer base.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Goal Setting: Establish and monitor sales goals and objectives, aligning your performance with the company's growth.
- Continued Training: Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry knowledge and trends.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of outside construction sales experience.
- Formal training in sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software.
- Ability to work an average of (2) Saturdays a month (with an alternate day off).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Base Salary Range - $65,000 to $85,000.
- Commission: 5% of sales in excess of base sales level.
- Shift: Full-Time Days.
- Referral and Holiday bonuses.
