Position Overview

  • Oversee customizations, configurations, integrations, and migrations within NetSuite
  • Support various NetSuite initiatives, including fresh implementations and system enhancements

  • Develop Workflows, Dashboards, Saved Searches, and Inventory reports
  • Present technical concepts, project outlines, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Manage client projects, ensuring timelines, benefits, and costs are clearly defined
  • Provide education to both internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices

Required Experience:

  • Typically, 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and consultancy
  • Successfully led 5+ NetSuite implementation projects
  • Preferred experience in construction management, particularly in mechanical fields (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Suppression Systems)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or a related discipline
  • Strong business acumen with experience in accounting, finance, or operations
  • Conduct testing of NetSuite application instances to validate configurations, including contributions to test plans and scripts
  • Experience with data conversions, integrations, reporting, and customizations within NetSuite applications

Qualifications:

  1. Typically, a CPA or MS in Finance and Accounting
  2. Certifications such as NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, and Revenue Management Certification
  3. Exceptional communication skills, serving as a subject matter expert for clients and colleagues
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify functional and technical gaps in designs
  5. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for personal work and professional development
