About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will work with homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our amazing Sales Team. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but to go door-to-door and find interested customers to get a free Solar proposal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knock door-to-door to engage with potential customers and schedule appointments
  • Set appointments with customers to review their solar proposal and help them lower their current power bill

Requirements

  • No experience required, but great communication skills and physical ability to work on your feet are essential
  • Customer support and retail experience is a plus

Compensation

  • Commission-only, based on performance, with an average full-time salary of $50,000-$80,000 annually, and an upside of $150,000+ for top performers
  • Paid training upon completing all in-person orientation
