- Drive Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our sales strategy remains competitive and effective.
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Solar Sales Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in solar sales, with a strong understanding of the solar industry and its trends.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Google Suites, and Excel/Sheets, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
