Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Coordinator to join our team at DRB (A Vontier Company). As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering quality service to our key accounts, training and supporting customers using DRB Systems products/services, and ensuring short-term and long-term key account projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Direct daily/weekly task lists and workflows of teams assigned to key accounts, providing direction by setting priorities.
  • Goal Achievement: Ensure teams meet specified goals for supporting key accounts.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively communicate with Operations Supervisors to allocate resources as needed to meet goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process improvements and communicate those to management to improve support efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Demand high-levels of customer service from team members, monitor call back times and complex issues to ensure that the team is meeting or exceeding customer service standards.
  • Internal Advocacy: Serve as the lead contact and internal advocate for key accounts.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze customer problems and assist timely with communication to solve issues over the telephone and e-mail.
  • Communication: Champion regular communications with key accounts regarding requirements and performance.
  • Project Management: Manage annual project plans for key accounts, hold regularly scheduled status calls to keep teams on track.
  • Forecasting: Proactive project planning and manages project forecasts.
  • Reporting: Take a lead role in defining, implementing, and delivering reports and other deliverables to key accounts as needed.
  • Travel: Travel to and visit with key accounts as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Strong history of customer service within the field of technology, experience working with computer hardware and software.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft operating systems, advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software including network setups.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to direct others and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service experience, aptitude for learning new software programs.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in troubleshooting using analytical thinking.
  • Travel: Ability to travel by automobile or commercial airline.
