Key Responsibilities

of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
Processing a high volume of invoices, approximately 500 monthly
Monitoring and managing outstanding balances
Overseeing projects from initiation to completion
Conducting collections for overdue accounts
Facilitating the setup of new vendors
Performing additional duties as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager
Preferred Qualifications

of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with billing software
Proficiency in technology is highly advantageous
Strong professional communication skills across all levels
Compensation range: $33,280 - $37,440 based on experience
