Senior Living Regional Sales Director

Oakmont Management Group, a leading provider of luxury senior living services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts at our communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales support to our communities, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute marketing plans for each community.
- Manage sales data and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching to ensure our sales staff is equipped to meet sales goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive directors and community leaders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales and marketing efforts are aligned with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
