Position Overview: The Vice President of Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing a select portfolio of communities, ensuring their operational and financial success. This role is pivotal in achieving resident satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue targets while managing relationships with capital partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate organizational operations in alignment with Integral Senior Living's established goals and policies.
- Articulate a clear, resident-focused vision to all communities.
- Analyze annual resident satisfaction surveys and implement programs to enhance resident experiences.
- Supervise Executive Directors, holding them accountable for meeting community-specific and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Executive Directors to develop strategies for meeting Net Operating Income (NOI) expectations.
- Ensure budgeted revenue targets are met or exceeded by optimizing occupancy levels.
- Formulate and execute strategies to boost occupancy rates.
- Review monthly financial reports and work with Executive Directors to address any deficiencies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive landscape.
- Engage regularly with capital partners, serving as the primary point of contact to build and sustain relationships.
- Be a visible presence within the communities, spending four days a week on-site and the remainder at the corporate office.
Supervisory Duties:
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, employee relations, and separations of Community Leaders in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure efficient operations and compliance with financial goals established in the approved Operating Budget across the region.
- Delegate authority and responsibility effectively to community leaders.
- Lead the regional team in alignment with the organization's mission and values.
- Foster a culture of teamwork among Community Team Members, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Encourage the development of management skills and best practices within the region.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least ten years of experience in a senior living leadership role encompassing Sales and Operations responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
