As a Sales Professional in Brokerage at RXO, you will sell brokerage services to new and existing customers, focusing on your personal sales targets and new business development. Your day-to-day will involve independently searching for, identifying, and developing leads through trusted sources and cold calling to secure sales and load volume to meet/exceed goals. You will also negotiate with established and developing customers to secure profitable rates and ensure client satisfaction.

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience. It'd be great if you also have 2 years of professional sales experience and 2 years of experience in transportation or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
