Sales Director

Job Overview:

The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by breaking into new accounts, securing new Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and leading a high-performing sales team.

This individual will have a proven track record of developing recruiters into sales professionals, a deep understanding of the statement of work business, and proficiency in CRM systems, with specific experience in Salesforce.


Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the Irvine, California region and beyond.
Develop and execute strategic plans to break into new accounts and expand our client portfolio.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and presentations.

Master Service Agreements (MSAs):
Drive the negotiation and execution of MSAs with key clients.
Ensure that contractual agreements are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Foster long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

Sales Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, guiding them through the transition into sales roles.
Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

Statement of Work Business:
Utilize a deep understanding of the statement of work business to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Work closely with clients to craft comprehensive and effective staffing solutions.

CRM Experience:
Leverage CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Provide training and support to the sales team on effective CRM usage.

Salesforce Expertise:
Utilize Salesforce to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Work with the IT department to implement enhancements and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the sales team.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in selling staffing solutions and breaking into new accounts.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing Master Service Agreements.
Previous experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
In-depth knowledge of the statement of work business model.
Proficiency in CRM systems, with specific expertise in Salesforce.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
