Regional Sales Manager for EV Charging Solutions

Job Overview

Star Charge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional growth in EV charging solutions. As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing, and maintaining customers in your assigned region or segment.

This role requires a strong passion for electric vehicles and a proven track record of growing business. You will work closely with our internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities with new clients in the assigned region or segment
  • Conduct customer pitch meetings to qualify customers and maintain long-term relationships
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to maintain customer records and forecast sales pipeline
  • Lead RFP/RFQ responses and prepare reports for major customer meetings and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10+ years in high-value sales
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business and work in a diverse team
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely in a professional manner
