About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Alleviate Financial Solutions. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families achieve financial freedom by providing effective debt relief solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to interact with clients, educate them about our programs and services, and secure their business by enrolling them into one of our debt relief programs. You will also be responsible for handling the full cycle of sales, including inbound and outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls, and successfully closing deals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an effective communicator, a strong problem solver, and a team player. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full cycle of sales, including inbound and outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls, and successfully closing deals.
  • Use scripts to provide information about programs, services, prices, and present their benefits.
  • Utilize different verbal sales methods of communicating with potential clients.
  • Emphasize service features based on analyses of customers' needs and on knowledge of programs and services.
  • Drive value of product to client; upsell products.
  • Accurately track all communications in CRM system.
  • Conduct clients follow-up calls to ensure that they understand the service and are moving forward with contract/agreement.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs and services, placing an emphasis on educating potential clients of their options.
  • Manage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Debt, mortgage, finance, or sales experience preferred.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Be an effective closer.
  • Phone sales and call center experience.
  • Positive and high energy attitude is a must.
  • Time management – multi-tasker, able to prioritize and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
  • Problem solving; ability to constructively handle unexpected problems.
  • Strong Analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Must be comfortable with computers, internal software, and phone systems.

Location: Irvine, CA - 5 days per week in-office.

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay.
