Responsibilities- Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Deliver product presentations and training to clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions
- Manage accounts, track leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues that arise
- Generate detailed reports on sales activities, including forecasts and territory analysis
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth
- Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably within the window and door industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform product take-offs
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and service management, including occasional overnight stays
