Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Deliver product presentations and training to clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions
  • Manage accounts, track leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues that arise
  • Generate detailed reports on sales activities, including forecasts and territory analysis
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably within the window and door industry
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform product take-offs
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and service management, including occasional overnight stays
