Associate Research Scientist in Biochemical Studies

Job Overview
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will participate in investigative efforts aimed at minimizing dietary exposure to PFAS and alleviating their related toxicity through the use of clay-based sorbent materials.
This role necessitates a foundational understanding of analytical chemistry, cellular biology, bioassay methodologies, animal experimentation, and data interpretation.
Qualifications- Educational background in pertinent fields such as toxicology, biomedical sciences, environmental health, or public health.
- Prior experience with primary cell culture and animal studies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capability to conduct independent research and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational proficiency, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals and experience in presenting research findings.
Typical Office Environment
40 Hours per Week, Monday through Friday
