Sales and Business Development Manager

Ohm Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services to clients.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets, as defined by management.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of the IT staffing industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs.
