As a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in Horsham, Pennsylvania. You will work with businesses with annual sales from $1 million to $5 million, providing cash flow solutions and leveraging your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of business customers
- Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives
- Work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio
- Identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
Requirements
- University/college degree
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk
