Job Description:

Sales and Business Development Manager

Ohm Systems, Inc., a leading technical staffing agency, is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Identify customer needs and offer appropriate services to drive sales growth.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive sales and grow accounts.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet or exceed annual sales goals as defined by upper management.
  • Adhere to Sales Process: Develop and maintain a targeted understanding of client needs and recruitment cycles to effectively drive sales and grow accounts.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters: Work with the recruiting team to identify priorities and adjust requirements as needed.
  • Assist with Proposals: Assist with proposals for new contracts to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Experience: 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with Managed Service Providers and staffing agencies is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
