Job Description
- Develop Business Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and direct clients to expand our reach within the staffing market.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Identify customer needs and effectively present our comprehensive staffing solutions, tailoring your approach to each client's unique requirements.
- Client Engagement & Feedback: Build rapport with clients, actively listen to their feedback, and collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure we consistently meet and exceed expectations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and diligently track progress through our internal tools.
- Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of compelling proposals for new contracts, highlighting the value proposition of Ohm Systems' staffing services.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Experience working within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with staffing agency operations is a significant asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong social media skills and understanding of online platforms.
- Knowledge of the Information Technology (IT) staffing market is preferred.
