The Contact Center Product and Servicing Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing customer relationships by engaging in needs-based discussions regarding a range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet Contact Center objectives by identifying customer needs and delivering suitable advice, guidance, and education on Regions' financial offerings, including loan and deposit services.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers with a high potential for further transactions.
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and proactively work towards resolutions.
  • Refer customers to specialized internal teams when complex financial needs arise.
  • Operate under close supervision or established procedures.

This role requires time tracking and is eligible for overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Additionally, this position qualifies for incentive compensation.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • For remote positions, a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps is required.
  • Direct Ethernet connection is mandatory; satellite internet and Wi-Fi extenders are not permitted.

  • Experience in customer service or sales.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and self-motivation.
Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (7 weeks).

Post-Training Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST with a Saturday rotation (2 out of 5). Off days will be determined based on contact center needs.

Compensation Overview:

Compensation is job-specific and varies based on experience, skills, and performance. The target compensation range is as follows:

  • Minimum: $38,325.00 USD
  • 50th Percentile: $42,000.00 USD

This role is eligible for a performance-based incentive plan.
