Key Responsibilities:
  • Builds rapport with clients by providing assistance to both walk-in and phone inquiries, embodying the company's professional standards.
  • Efficiently processes and distributes customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves complaints with professionalism and promptness.
  • Accurately inputs sales orders into the system to generate invoices for products designated for pickup or delivery, ensuring secure payment in line with company protocols.
  • Assesses warranty items at the service counter, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Estimates delivery timelines based on knowledge of vendor production and shipping schedules.
  • Participates in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in a similar sales support role.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 100 pounds using appropriate equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to engage with customers throughout the day.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment managing inventory and customer-related challenges.
  • Familiarity with products related to pool supplies, parts, or construction is advantageous.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
