Position Summary

At Aperia, we depend on a proactive team of customer engagement specialists.
We are looking for a customer engagement specialist who is eager to work with cutting-edge technologies in an innovative organization that continually seeks to break new ground.

The ideal candidate has a background in client-facing roles, building client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster Client Relationships: Develop and sustain strong connections with clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Provide Expert Support: Offer professional consultation and training on Aperia software products to help clients maximize their benefits.
  • Documentation: Keep thorough records of client interactions and transactions. Document client concerns and the measures taken to address them.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues and technical challenges to ensure a seamless experience. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary. Follow up with clients to confirm resolution of their concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to efficiently address and resolve client issues. Participate in client meetings and training sessions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product details, company policies, and procedures. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products to clients.

Functional Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, employees, and various management levels within the organization, as well as with vendor organizations to identify and resolve systems, network, software application, and customer service issues.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn are crucial.

Technical Skills

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with SAFE methodology is a plus.

Proficiency in Office 365, including SharePoint.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills with both external and internal teams.
